The Rhino Challenge

Happy November!

In my session with my coach today, I was sharing how I'm considering writing SOMETHING everyday to digitally capture "this work" I'm doing over the next couple of months. She said it was "fortuitous" (big word!) that I'm thinking about that and if I knew about the NaNo WriMo challenge. Clearly not because I thought she said something about a rhino!

Apparently, November is National Novel Writing Month and NaNoWriMo kicks off this annual challenge to write 50,000 words of a novel in thirty days. The link is provided below if you're interested in joining the challenge. Someday I may write a book but for now, this blog is the most I can produce :) .

I am an pretty avid journal-er and have been since I was 16. The challenge is I can't do a "Ctrl+F" of my journals to find a key point I know I wrote about when I want to reflect back, so I'm hopeful this will be the start of a new chronicling era.

Hoping you'll "join" me each day and share with friends. I tend to do better when I know someone is watching. Jesus is always watching but He can be slow with the feedback... Looking for other soldiers He may send my way to provide the feedback and encouragement to keep this up.
